To reserve use of Hansen Center Court, contact Kevin Clark, Assistant Dean of Students.

When e-mailing your request, please include the following:

1. Event/Meeting name and nature of the event
2. Date(s) of event/meeting
3. Event/Meeting start and end time
4. Expected attendance
5. Room/Space requested with backup locations
6. Room/Space setup
7. Audio/Visual and equipment, if needed
8. Catering, if needed
9. Is the event open to the public?
10. Contact information – name, e-mail, phone #s, organization/department

Wireless Network Authentication

The Hansen Student Center is now wireless.  For user and network security, wireless laptop computer use on campus will require your IWU Net ID and Password to gain access to the network. 

If you are affiliated with IWU, please follow these instructions to allow your laptop access to the system.
