Campus Visit
Individual Visit On-Line Form
Students and their families are welcome to visit campus anytime the University is open. Typical office hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 12 noon on Saturdays. For the holiday break, spring break, and summer, the office is only open until 4 p.m. during the week. Those dates are:
- December 17 – December 21
- March 17 – March 21
On Saturdays, group presentations will be held at 10:00 a.m. with tours at 11:00 a.m. No faculty or classes are available on Saturdays.
We are closed on Sundays.
The Admission Office is also closed for appointments on these dates:

Please fill out the form below to request a campus visit date and time. Requests must be submitted at least two weeks prior to the date of visit. Keep in mind that certain times or dates may be reserved already. The IWU Admission Office will confirm your visit request or notify you that the date or time is not available. Seniors and Transfers: The best days for classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Also, it is best to stay overnight the evening before your admission office appointment and scheduled day of events.
Classes and overnights are only scheduled between October and April.
