Sherilyn McElroy received her M.S. from Illinois State University. She has taught at Illinois Wesleyan University since 1988 in addition to working as a graphic designer and she is Illinois Wesleyan's resident computer artist. She has had winning entries in national and international design competitions and has been published in numerous prominent design publications such as Print, How, and Step-by-Step magazines. Current design works include interactive media and web page design and identity projects for small businesses. She makes sculptural assemblages which justifies her scavenging for "bizarre stuff". Sherri welcomes students to walk her dog, Tipper, anytime.
