April 13:  Dr. Jonathon Muraskas, Director of Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine Fellowship, Chairman of Medical School Admissions Committee and Professor of Pediatrics at Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine will give a talk titled "Initiating and Enhancing the Medical School Application" at 12:00 in E103 in the Center for Natural Sciences as a portion of Bio 399's Brown Bag Seminar Series.  This talk is sponsored by Tri-Beta.
March 13: Dr. John R. Marquart of Eastern Illinois University will give a talk titled “Caves -- Worlds within the World: An Introduction to the Chemistry, Geology, and Ecology of Caves” at 7:30 pm in C101 in the Center for Natural Sciences.  This talk is sponsored by the Illinois Heartland Section of the American Chemical Society.

Feb. 16: Beth Hussa, an alumna of Illinois Wesleyan student and microbiology student at Loyola will give a talk titled "Microbiology, Immunology, and Squid?!? The Grad School Experience of an IWU Alum"  at noon in C101 in the Center for Natural Sciences.  This talk is sponsored by Tri-Beta.
Feb. 9, Dr. Gregory Poland, Illinois Wesleyan alumnus, class of 1977, and Director of Mayo Clinic's Vaccine Research Group, will give a talk titled  "Avian/Pandemic Influenza: What's All The Flap?" at 3:00 pm in C101 in the Center for Natural Sciences at IWU's weekly Natural Science Colloquium.  For more information, please click here.
