There are eight teaching laboratories used by the in the department. Each laboratory was designed for a specific course or courses.

Each faculty member has a research laboratory where they conduct projects in their field of expertise.

The biology department has advanced scientific equipment that is shared among the laboratories as well as a computer lab.

There are also a number of shared facilities within the Center for Natural Science.
