The general mission of the Department of Business Administration is to educate students for life-long learning, a mission which flows from the liberal arts orientation of the University. This mission requires more than just meeting students' expectations of their academic experience; it requires shaping these expectations as well.

The Business Administration Department is unique in that there are several majors contained under one department heading. Within Business Administration, one can major in Accounting, Business Administration, International Business, or Risk Management.
