Brandi Reissenweber,
Visiting Assistant Professor Biography
Brandi Reissenweber received her M.F.A. in fiction from New York University. Before IWU, she taught creative writing and served as a visiting writer at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she was the James C. McCreight Fiction Fellow. For several years, she was an editorial assistant for the literary journal Zoetrope: All-Story.
At IWU, she teaches classes in creative writing, including Introduction to Creative Writing, Writing Fiction, and Seminar in Creative Writing. She also teaches Exile to Expatriate: Literature from Displacement. |
