1. Search the I-Share catalog (All CARLI libraries)

    a. If IWU owns the item and it is not checked-out, retrieve it from shelf.

2. If IWU does not own the item, or if it is unavailable AND the item is available at other CARLI libraries, place a request via the electronic feature listed on the top banner.

3. If no CARLI library owns the item, use ILLiad to place request via electronic form. Please submit all available information on the item.

Articles

If you know the title and other citation information:

1. Go to Journals We Own and enter the information and "Submit" your request.

2. If the item is "Available Full-Text" - retrieve the article or if "IWU Print Journal" is available - retrieve the item from the shelf.

3. If item is not available in full-text or in print, request from ILLiad.
