JSTOR Archives full-text contents of several hundred journals in several disciplines, including Philosophy.   Some articles date to the 19th-century.  JSTOR does not include articles from roughly the past 5 years - see Project Muse.
Philosopher's Index Index to philosophy journals in the areas of aesthetics, epistemology, ethics, logic and metaphysics as well as materials on philosophy of education, history, religion and science.
Project Muse Recent (5-7 years) full-text articles from journals in several subject areas, including Philosophy.   Search for archived issues in JSTOR or use Project Muse advanced search.
