All public workstations (including laptops) have the following software:

- Media Players - Real Player, Windows Media Player, Quicktime, iTunes
- Communication Software - AIM, MSN, ICQ and Yahoo are available via the web (listed under your favorites list in IE and FireFox
- RefWorks (web-based) - Bibliographic Management Software
Photo Editing Software - Adobe Photoshop Elements - SPSS - Statistical software package used for analyzing data
