Jill West came to Wesleyan in 1982, and has earned degrees in performance from West Virginia University and Northwestern University. Her teachers have included Ray Still and Cheryl Bishkoff on oboe, and William Winstead and John Hunt on bassoon. In addition to her solo performances, Mrs. West is an active chamber musician and coach.
