Associate Professor of Physics A. B. Astronomy, Indiana University; M.S., Ph.D., Planetary Astronomy, Cornell University Biography Trained as a planetary scientist, Professor French currently teaches astronomy, physics, astrophysics, and expository writing. Her current research interests include studying the physical properties of distant asteroids and comets. She is a frequent guest observer at observatories in Arizona, Chile, and Hawaii. In the fall of 2007 Prof. French is living in London as the Director of IWU's London Program. |
