 Duties:    Record proceedings of all Senate meetings, take attendance at Senate meetings, notify senate members of senate meetings and items to be voted on, submit report of all motions passed by the Senate, keep a file of campus activities, act as caretaker of the Senate Listserve , maintain the Student Senate website, aerve as a liaison between the Student Senate and all RSOs, Actively provide direction and information to all RSOs in regard to University and Student Senate policies, and organize the RSO fair at the beginning of the Fall Semester.
