Bernadette Brennan, holds an MFA from Illinois State University in Scene Design and a BA in Design from the College Art & Architecture at Clemson University. Ms. Brennan has been an instructor of Theatre Arts at Eureka College, Heartland Community College, and Western Illinois University. Before joining the ranks of Academic Theatre she was a free-lance Scenic Artist and Scene Designer in the Philadelphia Area. She has worked professionally at The Walnut Street Theatre (PA), The Society Hill Playhouse(PA), The Warehouse Theatre (Greeneville, SC), Villanova University (PA), McLeod Summer Playhouse at SIU Carbondale, and at the Illinois Shakespeare Festival, to name a few. Recent design credits include: The Unnatural & Accidental Women at Illinois State University; Rossum's Universal Robots, Shakuntala,  and  Three Penny Opera at Eureka College.
